Start your safari at 08:00 hrs, driving west out of Nairobi to the edge of the Great Rift Valley. Day 1

Nairobi – Lake Nakuru

Nairobi – Lake Nakuru

Start your safari at 08:00 hrs, driving west out of Nairobi to the edge of the Great Rift Valley. Enjoy panoramic views as you descend the escarpment to the valley floor and continue to Lake Nakuru National Park. Upon entering the park, enjoy a brief game drive en route to the lodge for lunch. Spend the late afternoon on another game drive in this renowned bird-watching area, with guaranteed sightings of rhinos.

Nakuru – Maasai Mara

Nakuru – Maasai Mara

Depart at 07:30 hrs after breakfast for the Maasai Mara National Reserve, traveling along the Rift Valley floor via Mai Mahiu and Narok Town. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. At 16:00 hrs, embark on an afternoon game drive in the Maasai Mara, considered one of the finest wildlife reserves in the world. Return to the lodge at sunset for dinner and an overnight stay.

Maasai Mara

Spend the day exploring the Maasai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives, with the possibility of seeing the Big Five in a single day. Alternatively, opt for a full-day game drive with packed lunch, allowing more time to discover the reserve’s incredible wildlife and landscapes. Enjoy all meals and relax at the lodge in the evening.

Maasai Mara – Nairobi – Depart

Maasai Mara – Nairobi – Depart

After breakfast at 07:30 hrs, begin your return journey to Nairobi, arriving in the early afternoon. Upon arrival, transfer to a hotel near the airport to use its public facilities and café while waiting for your departure flight (room and meals not included). Alternatively, proceed directly to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight. Transfers are arranged 3-4 hours prior to departure.
